Office Hours: The staff is available 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. On some days you may reach voice mail. Leave a concise message, and one of the team members will get back to you that day. After Hours: Calls after 5:00pm or before 8:00am will be directed to the physician on call for DOC.
Prescription Refills: If you need a prescription refilled call between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Please contact us a few days before your medication runs out. Prescriptions will generally not be refilled on the weekends.
The on-call physician does not refill prescriptions at night or on weekends.
If you run out of medication and call between 5pm and 8am on weekdays or on a Saturday or Sunday, your prescription will not be filled, and you will need to go to the emergency room to obtain a prescription.
Direct New Patient Scheduling Line: If you are a new patient of Dr. Swanson’s you may phone the direct new patient scheduling line at 702-622-7278 to schedule a consultation with Dr. Swanson.
